交渉ワークショップ
８月８日から１０日にかけて、上智大学の法科大学院では、文部科学省の専門職大学院等教育推進プログラムの一環として、ハーバード大学ロースクールからお二人の講師をお招きし、交渉のワークショップを行います。
上智大学の法科大学院生を対象に、３日間の交渉ワークショップを行うもので、レクチャーとロールプレイを組み合わせて進んでいきます。上智大学の法科大学院では、２００５年に基礎編を実施しており、今回は、２００５年のワークショップの続編です。内容は基礎編を踏まえた少しアドバンストなものを扱います。
